About Me & My Practice

My name is Katy Cobb and I have been a certified massage therapist for almost 20 years. I have a degree in Neuromuscular Therapy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy (level 1 & 2), Thai Yoga Massage (level 1), Infant and Pediatric Massage and Pre-Natal Massage. As is life, my practice has ebbed and flowed and I have been grateful for the journey. I live and work out of my home in Decatur, Georgia. In addition to my love of therapy and body work, I am an avid reader, party planner, Peloton enthusiast, crossword racer, mountain bike lady shredder, lover of experiments in my kitchen and garden and above all else, I am the Captain Fantastic to three amazing children. 

Throughout my career, I have been honored to work with a diverse clientele from professional athletes to expecting mothers, infants to seniors and more. As a Neuromuscular Therapist, I balance the intense energetic connections I feel in my patients with a strong footing in understanding the interconnectedness of the body's anatomy. It is the combination of both a spiritual and scientific approach that has always made my practice what I am most proud of.

Each session is tailored specifically to the needs of the individual client. Levels of pressure and needed therapies will be determined between client and therapist and may vary session by session. I believe in treating the whole person and look forward to being on your wellness team. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
